Your order will be sent to you as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days (i.e. Monday to Friday). 

If the goods are out of stock you will be contacted so you can choose to

b) Cancel the order and receive a refund of your payment.

You may return an RCI product for a full refund within 30 days of the date of the sales invoice provided: 

• You can show proof of purchase
• The product is unused, unmarked and in its original saleable condition
• You have contacted us prior to sending the goods and received our written confirmation the goods may be returned    
• All costs of returning non faulty goods are to your account.

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged during the delivery process you should

• Refuse to accept delivery of the product
• Direct the carrier to ‘Return Goods to sender”
• Notify us immediately
